Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie

With years of perfecting an Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe, I have discovered that when creaming the butter and sugar, it is best to cream it until it turns almost white and fluffy (like in making cakes). This makes the cookies crunchy, crispy but will melt once in the mouth. Try this tip and your cookies will taste wonderful!

Ingredients :-
Butter - 120 gram
Sugar - 50 gram
Flour - 150 gram
Chocolate Chips - 80 gram
Rolled Oats - 80 gram
Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon

Method:
1. Cream butter and sugar
2. Add in sieved flour and baking soda
3. Lastly add in Oats and Chocolate Chips
4. Bake at 175°C for 8-10 minutes



Rosemary Wafer

* Note that there is no sugar but salt used in this recipe and together with the chopped rosemary, the cookie tasted savoury and herby.

Ingredients :-
300 g (10 oz) plain flour
¼ tsp baking powder
175 g (6 oz) unsalted butter, melted
75 g (3 oz) Parmesan Cheese, finely grated
2 tbsp freshly chopped rosemary
2 egg yolks
Pinch of Salt



Start by measuring the ingredients necessary for this recipe and pre-heat the oven to 175°C or 350°F.




Mix the flour, baking powder, salt and butter until the mixture is well combined and resembles breadcrumbs.



Adding the parmesan cheese, egg yolks and chopped rosemary, work the dough until it is firm.



Roll the dough out to about 3 to 4mm thick and cut them into square (or any desired shape). Lay them out on the tray with baking sheets.



Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until golden.


Remove immediately from oven when done and let them cook on a wire rack. When cool, the wafers can be stored in an airtight container.


Peanut Butter Cookie Recipe

Then beat the mix thoroughly until all the ingredients are well combined.



Roll the dough into round balls and place them on the tray.



Then use a fork to lightly flatten the round balls, leaving stripes on them at the same time.



Bake them for 12 to 15 minutes until they turn golden brown.



Remove from oven immediately and let them cool on a wire rack.
